HRH QE2
Her Majesty the Queen died in September 2022 having reigned for 70 years, which made her the UK's longest serving monarch.
Born in 1926, she became heir to the throne in 1936 when her uncle abdicated and her father became king.
At 18 she contributed to the war effort as a driver and motor mechanic and demonstrated that she was not afraid to get her hands dirty.
She is survived by her four children and eight grandchildren. Her oldest son Charles is now king.
Her favourite dogs were Corgis and she owned more than 30 of them from 1952 until her death.
