He helped me so much when I came from the private sector to start an academic career at the Faculty of Management at the University of Lethbridge in the late 90's. He cared so much about people and the hopes we all have. He was someone who challenged you to exceed your own limits and was always there to support you. It was such a shock to hear that he passed away. He was a great benchmark for true leadership. I was so fortunate to work and get to know him. I will miss him. Rest in Peace Ali. ”
