I was working late one evening and he came by with his hand written Christmas Card and stopped to chat for a moment and thank me for what I did working with the students. I was surprised and appreciative. I am aware others have shared that same story and it is a powerful one as he made a point to take time out of his busy day to spend time making sure the people who worked for him knew we were all in this together!
