I am in awe of his ability to slow down and focus on each conversation, making you feel like he had all the time in the world. Ali came to Beedie to help us to become what we wanted to be. He threw himself into everything with an amazing mixture of hope, enthusiasm, patience, and a quirky sense of humour. I wish that we all had more time with such a kind and caring man.
