To my mother – a woman who taught me how to be fearless

When I was younger, I was never really close to my mother. Everything that I had to say to her, I was saying it in fear, hoping that she will not start a fight with me. That was till the moment I finally had the courage to sit and talk normally with her.

Needless to say that for the first time in my life we had the greatest conversation. She started telling me how to deal with life, supported me and I started telling her more and more about me, letting her to know everything that was happening to me and my deepest thoughts.

My mom was the reason that I started travelling the world, encouraging me to go on my own, get to know the real me while getting to know other cultures and traditions and meeting new people.

Not even one second she quitted on me, even though I had some rough moments.

Now I can’t go even one day without reaching to her, calling her, asking how her day went, being there for her, knowing that she is always there for me.

She helps me stay ambitious, even though life kicks us everyday. She believes in me and my worth and I will always be thankful to her for that.
