The 2017 sales team winners are.... Team 3 - for the 3rd year in a row!

Congratulations to Lisa, Andy, Trish and Amy for a superb performance again.

Above forecast and more than 20% ahead of 2016 which was already our best year ever.

You guys are champions and on behalf of everyone at Princess I salute you.

It's a pleasure to publicly thank Jane Sullivan for 10 years working at Princess Cupcakes.

Jane has been with us since 2008 when there were only 5 people in the team. She is a multi-talent who leave a trail of happiness wherever she goes and makes everyone's day happier.

I have lost count of the number of times that customers have singled her out for mention.  She has been described as "an incredibly helpful and knowledgeable employee" and '"a ray of sunshine".

That's how we feel about you Jane! 

Don't ever leave us, what would we do without you?

I am frequently disappointed by the service from my suppliers and I waste no time in complaining.

It's probably fair to say that I have a reputation as a tough customer and as a result many of my suppliers dread my phone calls.

On the other hand, I am also quick to praise good service, and I am happy to do that publicly.

With that in mind, I would like to mention David Brandon from Princess Cupcakes as an example of someone who consistently gets it right and goes out of his way to understand what I need and to deliver on time.

If anyone asks me for a recommendation it's always David who I single out as an honest, hard-working guy to do business with.

David, it has been a pleasure - thanks for your hard work and here's to another great year working together!
